These Terms of Service govern your use of Hedera Watch and its public terminal, charts, news, Council information, methodology and contact form. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. No account, payment, wallet connection or trading relationship is required for public browsing.

2. Information and education only

All material is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice; an offer or solicitation to buy or sell an asset; or a personalized recommendation. The site does not execute trades, hold assets or act as your broker, investment adviser or fiduciary.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified independent advice appropriate to your circumstances. Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative; you may lose some or all of any investment.

3. Data, models and AI limitations

Prices, transaction counts, TPS, historical snapshots, charts, correlations, regime labels, alerts and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate. Public data providers can change or restrict their feeds. Composite prices may combine USD and USDT quotes and are not executable trade quotes.

Forecast cones and probabilities are statistical model outputs, not guarantees or calibrated assurances of future outcomes. Correlation does not establish causation, and past performance does not predict future results. AI-generated news summaries, sentiment and commentary may contain errors or omissions. 4. Independent site and third-party services

Hedera Watch is an independent informational site. Mentioning Hedera, Council members, exchanges, publishers or other organizations does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Their names, logos and content belong to their respective owners.

Third-party feeds, articles, posts, videos and linked websites are outside our control and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A public source is not necessarily public-domain content, free of charge or licensed for redistribution. We do not guarantee third-party availability, accuracy, safety or completeness.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse and use the site for lawful informational purposes, subject to these terms and applicable third-party rights. Do not disrupt its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malware, impersonate others, submit unlawful material or make abusive automated requests.

Except where a separate license or applicable law permits otherwise, the site’s original design, code and written material remain the property of their respective rights holders. No ownership of third-party material or broad republication license is granted by displaying it here.
