This chart shows the quantity of accounts that *hold at least* the threshold. For example, if there are 1000 accounts holding at least 1million hbar, it will record 1000.

Or, if a 900m HBAR whale sends 100m to 9 new accounts, the total number of 100m whales will go up by 8

The chart does NOT provide information of exact or average balances
